Happiness is a choice, and life is an adventure. Amid the challenges, it's crucial to break free from the confines of our immediate circumstances and recognize the vastness of life. There's so much more beyond our daily struggles, more experiences, and more people in the world than our immediate community. When life feels tough, it's time to zoom out, realizing this is just a phase. The world doesn't revolve solely around our immediate environment; there are endless possibilities waiting to be explored.

Reflecting on the year, it's been beyond imagination, filled with deep gratitude and humility. Doing life with Jesus has proven to be the best journey. The biggest lesson? Self-acceptance, self-awareness, and patience. I started reading books this year, and I wonder why I didn't start earlier - books are amazing! The Bible, in particular, is so practical; daily studying unveils life's lessons written right there. I'm aging like fine wine.

No matter how you feel this Christmas, know you're right on track. Even if it doesn't feel that way, try zooming out a bit; a lot can happen in your favor in the blink of an eye.

I love you and wish you the best Christmas ever! Embrace the adventure, cherish the possibilities, and remember, happiness is a choice in life's grand tapestry.

  Some days it's a lot harder to believe that God genuinely loves you. I know it's hard to admit but when your insecurities creep in, it messes with your head, making the daily miracles in your life seem mundane. FAITH

Let’s talk about faith.  I used to believe faith is a feeling (it can be sometimes though), but whenever I don’t feel it, when it’s harder to pray because it feels like God has forgotten me and I don’t feel His presence anymore; I feel pretty much demoralized. Did you notice something in that statement? The word “feel-ing” was reoccurring. The devil creeps into our feelings and manipulates them. As much as all feelings are valid, but we shouldn't lose sight of the fact that they can still be flawed. I’ve read Hebrews 11 several times and it didn’t hit until recently. In verse 11, it says Sarah “considered” Him faithful who had made the promise. She did not care about how she felt regarding the Lord telling her she’ll be a mother after menopause but she held on to that attribute of God; a FAITHFUL God. Some might call it a quarter-life crisis but the truth is this year has not been as rosy as I envisaged, I’ve had so many disappointments. I haven’t actually posted anything this year, not that I haven’t been typing but because I felt I’d be lying to myself pretending all is well and I have my shit together but the truth is I’m exploding inside. Most times I just say “fuck it, I’m done” but I see myself pushing, but It still feels like I’m not doing enough, that there should be something else (big) I should be doing.
