Empathy

 This too shall pass. It’s easier to say this when you’re no longer in a difficult phase, but it’s not always easy to believe it yourself when the light at the end of the tunnel seems distant. Every test and trial is meant to stretch us, and no matter how much stretching you’ve experienced in the past, a new challenge can still feel overwhelming. Life isn’t built to be easy, and everyone faces their own struggles. You may not relate to someone’s challenge, but that doesn’t mean their situation is any easier or less significant. Some might argue that financial problems are the easiest to overcome, while others might contend that health issues are the worst. Yet, others might say that having money solves health problems, and there are those who struggle with identity crises, isolation, social pressure, or a lack of self-actualization.
